This policy explains what personal data this pre-registration page processes, why, and what rights you have. It applies to structr.cloud during the early-access phase.
1. Controller
Structr GmbH, Hanauer Landstr. 291, 60314 Frankfurt am Main, Germany
E-mail: privacy@structr.com · Phone: +49 800 / 78 78 287
2. Hosting and access logs
This page is hosted on servers located in Germany. When you visit it, the server processes technically necessary data in access logs: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the page securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days unless needed to investigate an attack.
3. Pre-registration form
If you request an invite, we process your e-mail address, an invite code if you entered one, and the time of the request. Purpose: managing the waiting list, sending your invitation, and asking for feedback during early access. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by e-mail to privacy@structr.com or via the unsubscribe link in any e-mail we send.
We use double opt-in: registration becomes effective only after you confirm your e-mail address. Data is stored until you withdraw consent or until six months after the end of the early-access phase, whichever comes first.
4. Theme preference
Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It contains no personal data, never leaves your device, and is not read by us. No cookies are set by this page.
5. External resources
This page loads no third-party scripts, tracking pixels, videos or external fonts. Everything it needs is contained in the page itself.
6. Analytics
We do not currently use analytics on this page. Should we introduce privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics hosted in the EU, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
7. Recipients and transfers
Data is processed by Structr GmbH and by our hosting provider in Germany, bound by a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). We do not transfer your data to countries outside the EU/EEA and do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Wiesbaden).
9. Changes
We will update this policy when the page's processing changes, for example when the early-access phase begins. Version: September 2026.
